I find this track very useful when my mind is racing, it's astounding how many thoughts we can fit in one second, however when I ride the train of thought, I lose count of the breaths. The meditation myth of "quieting the mind"


I created this track, again for the purpose of multi tasking. I wanted to hold long notes when I sang and thought I could combine the practice with something that is sometimes called box breathing or pranayama.
I had the idea to create an album of singing exercises with heart and soul as my next project - we'll see- and I would like to do an extended version as I've way surpassed nine counts now.
This track is also a good way to warm up and centre before a gig too, however,
