This song was written to play on repeat and calm me down when I was stressed.
Looking back on all difficult moments in my life, I can say that they did work out IN THE END, so, bearing that in mind helps me get through those tricky times when they are happening right now.
Calming down my breathing lowers my stress levels and this song reminds me to do that. I breathe with Alison (me) eventually, sometimes by the second chorus or sometimes by the 10th play!

I wrote it on Garageband on my iPad in bed, starting with a bass line and recording the vocals on my Earpods so Morgan has done a fantastic job making them sound so professional.

P.S. getting "on top" is a phrase I learned in Manchester, UK which means getting "too much to handle".
