I came up with this practice when I was single and realised the importance of loving touch and how I could provide it for myself.

I believe we all have healing hands and a need for attention, we can also hold pain and trauma in bodies, by visiting it with kindness, we can nurture and help ourselves. It turns out that the timing of this album coincides with a global experience of isolation, it may be the only touch some people get. When the mind and body align in focus, it allows us to pause and be in the present moment, there is also a possibility to feel our feelings and for wisdom to arise.
