The voice is a healing tool most people have access to, using it to give your body attention in the form of sound waves can be invigorating and/or relaxing. I would love more people to have access to this tool and the process here brings us into conscious presence, which means we are in the now moment, using the body's intelligence and being less focused on thinking which is what meditation means to me.

I do this in the bath, car, lying down and as a vocal warm up sometimes.
